Things look heavy across the board - dollar index rising - oil heavy - market futures are trying to hold onto gains but slipping.......I amsitting out of the pound until I see some better direction or a better setup.

I don't watch second charts or tick charts......on the larger time frames I watch the price is moving sideways.........sure there are moves on a one minute chart..........but I will leave that to the one minute traders.
