Yes, but Yellen's term is only for another year. Trump will then appoint a Fed president more suited to his taste.

I think your example is wrong. You buy the house 1 mil, you've got to pay 1 mi, even if the value goes down to 500K. You've just make a 500K loss, most households would be underwater fearing foreclosure... I don't really think the bubble has popped ...
