Everything seems to work okay with build 625. I put astro_func.mq4, astro_swiss.mq4, and time.mq4 in Include directory. swedll32.dll in Libraries directory. Maybe your installation is Windows 8, in that case try to put swedll32.dll in <Windows OS ...
