which ironically is now 23.6 on the 1 hour fibo and where it is testing now

if you draw a new fibo on h1, first stop back from the high which is 23.6 is the previous high. This is at 1.62725 so I think Red is almost spot on, anywhere between that and 1.6269 will be the place to watch if it is to continue its upward trend.

Theres a little state of flux. Still appears to be in an uptrend but everyone is nervous about this being the top. Only time will tell, if it comes down to around 1.6204, it will test the line again and then we'll see
