About broker server time I have the same on Oanda Uk that normally is gmt+2 and now is gmt+3. It changed after Usa change time last weekend and I think it should return back to gmt+2 on next march sun26/mon27 when time will change also in Eu

No idea about the difference. Usually forexlive reports the same numbers of forexflowlive. I had the forexflowlive reference from forexlive. By the way, I've never been able to understand how to use options levels
