Xaron replied Apr 15, 2008Thanks!
Usually I try to catch about 10 pips with the first half of my position. After that I set my SL to BE. I had a bad feeling about the UJ trade so I moved my SL very fast to BE. The second reason was that I already reached my target of 1% ...5Min Intraday System

Xaron replied Apr 15, 2008To be honest, I don't think any trader looks exactly at your position to take out your stop. If you don't trade at least 10M in this pair this is very, very unlikely. Regards - Xaron

Xaron replied Apr 15, 2008Yes, 4h s/r looks good. Usually I use the hourly timeframe and just simple 1-2-3 patterns to enter (higher highs, higher lows and vice versa). Regards - Xaron

Xaron replied Apr 15, 2008Yes, they pay daily interest for the unused margin as well as for pairs. But they pay only about 1% p.a. in the EUR account and the swaps are much more worse than at Oanda. You even have to pay(!) for a EUR/CHF long position. So they are not usable ...

Xaron replied Apr 15, 2008You're welcome.
But what do you mean with mini-accounts? The minimum deposit is €1,000 as far as I know and you can trade in units like at Oanda... I really like MarketIndex.

Xaron replied Apr 14, 2008This option works very well here. But I've increased it to 6 as I start with 0.01 lots in a 3,000€ account. It was correctly resetted as well, so I don't know what went wrong... Regards - Xaron

Xaron replied Apr 14, 2008Hi, today I've tried the Lucky 7 setup with a SL of 20 and a TP of 80 in the EUR/JPY. TP was reached in the 4th progression level.
I used a price entry - short below a support level in the hourly chart. I've attached the statement. Regards - XaronPowerSM Semi-Martingale EA

Xaron replied Apr 14, 2008Yep, I like Oanda as well, but they don't have an account insurance. ABN Amro MarketIndex has an insurance up to 20k Euro. But they don't accept US citizen because they allow trading of indices like DAX, FTSE... Regards - Xaron
