Housing vs retirees. Mortgage holders can afford these low interest rates by Australian standards not by world standards. Retirees however don't have the luxury of alternative income. I think the RBA will hold rates.

The market maker reference refers to the ASIC license conditions as there is no central exchange on FX, hence making a market. That doesn't automatically imply B-Book model.
