SPX Price behavior at this level has been very strange. 2 weeks and hasn't been able to bid up past offer line or move lower. There has been some decent volume also not like previous range high above.

Hi Scott, Watching, NC is my preferred trade at the moment and hold a sizable position here (this pair takes time). I prefer lower red and lower shark area for holding but upper red area and shark on as well.

Will be interesting to see where Gold lies after today. For me its all about the best long term buy entry. Personally I find Gold almost impossible to trade short term basis. Would love a shoot down below 1200 but don't know if thats going to happen.
