you take the high an the low of the last 30 days. the half of the distance between high and low is the median. that said: it doesn't have to be the half excatly for one pip, you can choose where the most traffic took place.

well. maybe it is helpful for someone: i now use the fib tool in mt4 with the values of 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1 for Q1-Q4 and median line.

maybe it's just me but my metatrader is getting vrey slow when i use the thv4 templates. i reduced the bars in the option-settings to 500 but it is not better. can someone help me? does anyone know which thv4 tpl uses less cpu?
