They dont .. You use your due diligence. Exchange style brokers have their good and bad points. For a retail trader they are bad as a retail trader needs constant pricing to stop gapping but for a wholesale trader or price maker they are good.

Hi Yonnie, Just checked to see if you are covered being a non resident. Retail customers who aren't domiciled in some countries don't get the same protection. UK could be different but good luck anyway.

A prime broker is a credit facililtator. They don't have anything to do with execution. I wouldn't use MT4 as an execution platform . Its limited in the execution style and it has latency because of a bridge connection
