Daily weekly and monthly all provide good signals. I dont rule out trading on the lower time frames, but the lower you go, the less reliable they seem to become.

plenty of overseas brokers will act as your counterparty. just have to dig to find them and be careful how much you risk with them. the extra leverage actually makes the overseas brokers worth the risk of capital now.
