Hi indrek,on post 2, 5abi was saying about shorting that pair, which seemed to confuse some me included he did give an explanation but I'm not sure. I did try this approach way back but couldn't make it work perhaps I missed something, cheers.

So at the moment USD/JPY is 87%long 13% short, so not quite 90/10.Why would we not want to short this pair but prefer EUR/GBP. ?Cant quite get the thinking here ,anybody please

I think what Wheeer was saying was that apart from dairy and logging NZ really doesn't have bugger all and if something happened to them, particularly dairy such as a major drought as has happened in the past then it could all go pear shaped.
