I don't like the demand zone at the bottom of the chart. Price action isn't clean there... too many wicks and hard to pinpoint where exactly price would react and reverse.

url I indicated the area where the price was before I went to bed. The horizontal red line was a previous support level, an area which was between 62 - 79% Fib level, so there was good chance for price to bounce off:

I'm finding that those perfect setups are few and far between. Would you say that Supply/Demand zones on lower timeframes (15 or 5 minutes for instance) are as effective as on the 1 hour?
