I think the requirement is enforced by organization similar to NFA in UK. Wonder if them playing with policies is legal?? My be look at Alpari...they seems to have similar spreads.

Oanda certainly a good broker, however I don't like that fact that it has higher leverage (50:1) which means you need more capital to open a position. 100:1 is what I like.
