You can use the touch screen but I recommend using a mouse and a tablet w/keyboard.

I use Lenovo tablet 2. You don't need anything expensive. It works fine on my tablet with windows 8.1. although I recommend one with at least 4gb of ram. Like the Acer Iconia w700 or something.
