I only trade for 4 hours daily from Europe open, can get 2 to 4 trades per day, I stop as soon as I have met my daily target (20 pips), at times 1 trade is enough, very few negative days. Still in demo going live in a week or 2.

I don't know but testing has shown this system to be much more profitable if only long trades are taken and no shorts.

try trading H4 or higher, you should be able to get 5 mins to check in every 4 hours.

Is 100 pips a week possible?

Yes it certainly is possible, trading the H4 I am able to pick up as much as 800 pips a month (about 200 pips a week) so yeah 100 should be a piece of cake.
