      System testing — I have read this thread with some interest. Sounds like the back testing could be completed using a neural network which could also improve the win % over time by computing a modified version of the system itself.

      Agencies.. — It is interesting that despite the historical evidence of the various agencies inaccuracies of the past years - that they seem to be still held in high regard... why could this be I wonder??? Maybe they serve some other purpose me ...
