Nobody's posted here for a bit so not sure this'll get answered. It looks interesting, but is it necessary to wait for the price to go back and hit the 8ema? In a strong move it won't do this and you could miss a good move and a lot of pips.

It's not less jobs though. You're missing the point. It's 151,000 more jobs. It's only less than forecast. So that +151k figure has lowered unemployment...and hourly earnings are up. That is good for the economy, not bad as you say.

How are they spinning it?? It's still 151k MORE jobs...not less. Combined with the other figures means it's good for the dollar.

The jobs were fewer than forecast, but it is still 151k more jobs. That's MORE jobs, not LESS. So unemployment down 0.1% and hourly earning up, means it's good for the dollar. Far too many people just looking at 3 figures for the NFP compared to ...

Any reduction in unemployment is very good. You won't see much bigger than 0.1% in one month.

As usual a knee-jerk reaction to 3 digits on a screen. It's still a positive figure even though it's 38k less than forecast. It's still 151k more jobs created and that is why unemployment figure down.
