I have most of the Extreme TMA system indicators coded for NinjaTrader if anyone wants them let me know. I stopped following the thread around June 2012, so don't know if anything new came after that.

I would say that your red line should be starting/touching the rsi peak as common with the pivot high price point as seen on the price chart. Use crosshair. yours starts way off/above the top of it.
