Thanks bbmac. My problem was correlating London time to GMT but now I get that London is one hour off from GMT. Is this going to change in October? Does London use daylight savings time?

Start drawing them when price start to consolidate. If it's just one candle that changes color, I tend to ignore. If two or more, then draw a box that includes them until the color changes again. Try that.
