If they are a dealing desk anything that they do that causes you to make less or lose more allows them to lose less and make more.

CMS FX has an ECN MT4 with multiple liquidity providers. They allow you to trade in the spread. FYI
Aren't ECN Brokers just fronts for bucketshops?

I've had no complaints with Alpari US, so provided Alpari UK is the same, I'd definately go with them over IBFX. I recently opened with FXCM UK, and so far so good. F the NFA.

Yes, trading on the MT4 for about 5 weeks now. Spreads could be a bit better, but the execution has been great. Supposedly, according to my IB, the MT4 with the bridge to the currenex pricing is ready, but they aren't able to back it up yet.
Another MT4/ECN broker, any thoughts??

I have different accounts for different reasons: One for certain EAs that work better with fixed spreads One for scalping (ECN MT4) One where I keep my largest account (safest IMO) Definitely like to spread my money out.

Are you live with the CMS Currenex? I thought they were still beta testing it. Are you talking about the CMS FX MT4 with the Currenex bridge or another platform?

There are a few firms with a true ECN MT4 out there that have better execution than FXCM. They don't advertise them, because they'd rather the masses go to their proprietary platforms.
