hi gator, I look at the charts i cant tell if i think i understand the flow or if i'm imagining it.. i see it as a mid 3914 rejection of the st bull move and 3592 is where the bear would want to clear since the mirror image did not complete ...

so you actually take the moves that matter from HH, LL and play with 1+1, 0.5 and 2+2? so other stuff in between effectively becomes mostly noise until the stuff the matters plays out.. interesting...

so while small moves (that agree) build big moves, we need to look from the largest move and work downwards? thanks.. i will go try.. I have been doing it wrong by looking at rather recent moves in H1 and H4 only..

i think you are dwelling on terminology here. a "gap" represents a significantly "large" movement over the 2 "inactive" days. while it may be true that the prices were still ticking, 48 hours later this is where it is at and as such should be taken ...
