Hi Lowen, I don't trade any counter-trend trades so I don't have a big experience when you should move SL to BE in this case but definitely the PB with trend is the warning sign. If I remember correctly Jankone advocates for moving SL to BE as soon ...

I can't believe some people can be so lazy that they have a problem to read the first page of the thread ... LOL Btw. or many following ones as the question was asked several times already.

Don't trade before news! — Closed at BE, but it was HOT. I think it is not very good to open trade 3 or 4 hours before big news. I was decided to close it no matter what but luckily for me I managed not to lose on this trade. Greetings Michael ...

Of course I agree. I will close an hour before the news if my trade would not hit my TP. I have seen many times Phillip taking the trade on the day of important news. If I remember well it is not unrecomended - on condition that you close your trade ...

The Heart of this System — Phillip - definitely the best document you have uploaded in your thread . Let's hope it stops all of us from rushing the trades and playing out of the rhytm. Thanks Michael

Hi Jim, I see you have just probably made some pips with your observation. Congratulations ;-) However (I don't claim to be an expert but) morning star is reversal pattern so this is not morning star, it's rather high probability trade as we call ...

USDCAD — I think we can have a nice support line on USDCAD. Lets take the same distance from previous RL and SL and put it below. If we get a long signal from MACD it may be a reason to go north. What do you think? ------------------- Michael

December — Hello, I find some difficulties in opening trades in December. Is it only me or also you think that market has lost his Rhytm??? Greetings Michael

Thanks a lot. I have just finished my third profit month in a row. According to the rules I opened only mini account and intend to open positions only after the best setups. Despite I had only 7 trades last 4 weeks only one of them was a failure. I ...

Good start of the week Phil ;-) I watched this situation live but didn't take it because it is my first day with real money and I am not going to take H1 signals yet. Have a nice week to you all. --------- Michael

Hi, thanks for sharing your spreadsheet - really simple and thats it! For those who play other crosses than USD here is my position calculator. If you have account denominated in other currency than USD all you have to do is update data in upper ...

Thanks Pips, as I understand from your answer it would be quite clever to risk 3% per TC trade and no more than 2% (maybe even 1%) on CT trades? That would give you a chance to take nice RT/AT that are CT with smaller exposure to risk and take full ...

Hi, why to bother if stops are close or not? What kind of MM do you use? If you use fixed amount of % risked in any trade it is not a difference if stops are close or not - in case of failure you loose the same amount of $. Just of my curiosity. ...

Hi, I have been following this thread from September. I was quiet as I didn't want to raise my voice in discussion before I finish reading it from cover to cover. Now I am up-to-date and I'd like to say that I am incredibly happy that this thread is ...
