AUD/USD D/H4 — Thanks damonl for the great strategy. Just to check whether I have gotten the concept right, here's my attempt for AUD/USD for daily/H4: On daily chart at the close of the candle on 25th April, SWI and AC were same color (red) ...

Thanks walesoje1 for your reply! After going through several charts, I realized that my method of exit would not be as profitable as I thought it would be whereas using the rule from indicator 2 (0.6 and -0.6 levels) seems to fare better. However ...

I have always favored active learning so I am attempting to answer this question. I don't know how to put it in words so I attach a sample chart to illustrate my deduction: At the close of candle A, we open a short trade. We continue to leave the ...

Ah, I am starting to see your point now, thanks for clearing it up! Sorry if I was being impatient there! I would agree with you on this as the first ECHF daily chart I posted earlier read slightly above 0.3 level but have a look at the ...

Hi Damonl, Thank you for sharing this system. Can I just confirm with you regarding the reasoning behind the long trade you took for ECHF? Basically on monthly chart, the previous bar (circled in yellow) shows a short trend as it is slightly lower ...

Hello all, it seems that this thread has evolved since my last post. Anyhow, today's trades have been good. Short on G/U, G/CHF, G/J and E/J. I am using Alpari to trade so the chart information may be different from others. As you can see, G/U, G/J, ...

Yesterday's daily showed a buy so today we look out for confirmation for buy signals. I am using Alpari so different brokers might show different values but so far for me I haven't had any problems. Look at the 1H chart below for GBY/JPY and you ...

GBP/CHF daily revealed a buy signal on daily chart and just a few hours ago, the buy signal on 1H time frame emerged. I bought at the opening of the candle at 2.3319 and set TP of 20 pips since I wasn't there to watch the market price. On closer ...

My IBFX chart shows otherwise. Are we looking at 11/30 daily chart for today's signal?

I assume that you have correctly installed the MA settings as stated in Harold's post #1? If you look at my chart, G/U showed a small cross at MA. I am using Alpari.

My daily UJ and GC RSI were not above 50 from yesterday.
- burt625 replied Nov 28, 2007
The previous candle MA did not cross and RSI was below 50. The current candle looks good but I will wait for the candle to close and confirm that.

Thanks! I will look it up. EJ is a valid sell. A good 50 pips!!!

Good morning! Well, it's afternoon over here. I went short twice at 223.78 and 223.91 about an hour ago, but realized that RSI wasn't completely below the 50 level so I closed both positions at a total of +40 pips. I wait for another clear ...

Thanks Harold. As for GJ, the sell signal is out although RSI hasn't quite crossed over the 50 level yet and stoch looks unclear. Any advice for this?

Thanks for the interesting method, so far so good! Please check the following snapshots and see if I have made the correct entries. Many thanks! If only someone can make an alert indicator every time the MAs cross, then it would a lot easier! ...

Close call — Hi all, I am back from my mini hiatus, I had to study for my language test yesterday. Anyhow I missed a quick short a while ago since Blue and Red Lag are pointing down although it was a risky call since Blue EMA was above Red EMA ...

Short trade — Thanks Ann! And here's something to ponder, how would I know that the right short trade is better than the left one? In both cases the Red Lag was flat on the top, Blue Lag has dropped down and Stoch went to -ve but only one of ...

A new follower — Hello to all, This is my 1st post in this thread and I must say this method is simply fantastic. I have been following the thread in its early development and hopefully I will continue to learn a few things to improve my ...
