You just described Gan angle... X units of price per unit of time. 1 unit of price per 1 unit of time (ACA 1x1) is called 45 degree angle as it runs at 45 degree on a symmetrical chart. Also the multiples2x1, 4x1... and the 1x2, 1x4 ...

Angles on the chart are relative. Zoom in or out the chart and it changes. So, angles in degrees is nonsense. Use gann angles instead. I guess the above indicator measures the difference in pips bwn the values of the MA for current and previous ...
