That is incorrect -- You can change the investor PW. If not by yourself, any broker will change the investor PW for you if you provide them with your login details.

Try a VPS. You should be able to access it from any computer with internet access. Also, you can find a 'VNC' client for your mobile device to access your VPS as well. Hope this helps.
