Chevron has signed a 3.5-year gas supply deal with Newcrest Mining to supply its Telfer gold operations in the East Pilbara. The 16-petajoule agreement will involve gas from the US giant’s interests in the Wheatstone, Gorgon and North West Shelf facilities on the Pilbara coast.
