ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM) led the way among oil and gas explorers in 2018, if new industry research is anything to go by. In its latest annual exploration review, Rystad Energy said the US supermajor was exceptional - both in terms of discovered volumes as well as value creation from exploration.
