Derivatives marketplace CME Group (NASDAQ:CME) has today released its results for the third quarter of 2018 with a revenue of $904 million and operating income of $550 million. Net income was $412 million and diluted earnings per share were $1.21, up from $0.91 in third-quarter 2017. On an adjusted basis, net income was $495 million and diluted earnings per share were $1.45, up from $1.19 in third-quarter 2017.
