Oil Refinery in Southern Russia Halts Work After Drone Strikes
A flurry of drones swarmed southern Russia on Sunday, forcing a small independent refinery in Krasnodar to halt operations, while Kremlin forces struck a northern suburb of Ukraine’s Kharkiv, killing at least five. At least 16 people were also injured near the Kharkiv-area town of Mala Danylivka after a Russian Iskander missile hit a “civilian” object on Sunday morning, said regional governor Oleh Synyehubov. “Russians have launched a double strike on the object, applying again the tactics of ‘double blows’ aimed at destroying peaceful civilians, doctors and emergency workers,” he wrote on Telegram.
