Cheers dave
When I was living out in the sticks for a year I would pull the car over at amy paddock,
and just stand facing away from them with my back to all the horses.

Withing five minutes I guarantee at least one curious horse would be snorting over my shoulder hahaaa.
Gotta love 'em for sure

Horseracing (last post lol).

The “Spell”
(ie resting, crikey they still feed them when not racing)

A racehorse might run for a consecutive period of three months with a two to four week break in between its races,
races that usually last from just 60 seconds up to one and a half minutes in total.

Then after being in race training horses will go “out to the paddock” for a spell
(sometimes for 4 to 5 months).

What do horses do in a paddock?
Eat up. Of course.

And also run, together lol
Who would have thought a horse would just choose to run, on its own or in a group, without a jockey
(not many in our local press here these days sadly).

Reality is often only what we can dig up for ourselves.

The biggest problem in horseracing imo,

Is often the human punter lol (just like in forex trading)

Okay it's Monday morn', back to the Charts hahaaa.

It is possible to push on for another try.
But with NO sun today I'll likely just scratch the dogs ear for an hour now.
No fomo, back for pre-Franky.

Trade safe, trade well folks.

Crikey, what a difference a couple of hours makes - spesh during what Kev calls the markets' "monkey business time"

I always like to see a market that has moved while I'm away, new setups and all
(in fact I'm out for the day altogether now with a total +28½p from an extra 2 x 7p buys quite a bit earlier on the first GJ break below that 000)

Looks to me like the USDJPY is the restructuring & driving pair here, with GBPJPY just tagging along for the ride on the Yen Buys
(from whoever, not the BoJ lol) and the GBPUSD has actually risen in that time.

So a shifty time in the markets just now, with zero news later, so I will only be just watching how Franky & London handle those Asia moves, and then,
New York, New York LOL - what will they do coming in with the UJ now 110 pips under the 150.000

Could be an interesting next seven hours for those trading in the mix. I'll just be looking on from across the room only.

Trade safe, trade well folks.

Today was a poor trading session for me. Thought I would post this one just to show that every day is not a fantastic day trading wise. Sometimes you scalp slices, sometimes you get easy long/short runs and some days you get bugger all - this is one of those days ( the latter).
One One short = Fail and one long = fail and no opportunity for a third trade before 10am which is the end of my stint at the screen.
The point is you have to manage losing trades as well as the winners and not revenge trade and lose self discipline and not stick to your method.
Folks might say that I could have done this or that - but I didn't and don't regret it and will stick to my approach.

Forgive me for butting in
But I am just curious how you use the Roadmap
My question is
Do you do a top down before you look at your 1 min
As I do agree that every day cannot be a winner, so to me it stands to reason a bigger timeframe would show us were we are
I think I have set your Roadmap as correct as possible. I have left my fluff off
No offence meant by posting this

Kinell Kevin and all
Thought I would trade Dax during Wall Street open until 4pm for a change. Had this idea a while ago to try Dax during am UK ( 2 hours) and New York am ( 2 hours)
Picked a bad day to do it. Dax was a pigs ear of a fight to gather a few pips whereas SP500 was a leisurely swing. The sin was compounded because I had always favoured dax for UK morning and SP500 for UK afternoon ( two times two hour sessions).
Collecting charts to examine later.
Overall a piggy day but these are not too frequent - mercifully.
Just a shit day at the office dear.
EDIT : Maybe it's a Monday effect ?
