How can I convert .ex4 file into .mq4?

Nothing you can do about. That file was compiled with a compiler from newer than build 509. In that case the decompiler gives you the following error message:

Bro, do you have a software or online website that is able to convert mq4 source code to mq5 source code? I tried the mitigation kenji method but still have lotsa errors.

Now seriously: If you want to have any succes you shouldn't waste your time and switch to MT5's big brother which is MT4. The sooner you do that change the better your chances are.

Post whatever the file in your hand,so that experts can analyze,just telling long lines does not means anything

That is true bro but .ex4 files can be decompiled. A coder must publish both .mq4 and .ex4 files or must not publish anything either to avoid illegal task, beside that if a coder publishes only .ex4 files, it's possible for those files to be decompiled. There is nothing done by humans and cannot be cracked. There are many ways to kill a cat.

You also need to know which buffer the values you are interested reside in. To see what the value is in each buffer, in MT4 open up the Data Window (Ctrl + D). When you hoover the mouse over a bar on the chart, the value for each buffer of each indicator can be seen in the Data Window. In the iCustom function, you would then specify the buffer whose value you would like to return. Play around...
