It will be interesting to see what price does here. May get some pullback ahead of momo for another north push.

WTI went up by only $0.57 or 2% today. However, whether trading using a time-based chart or a Renko chart it was a good trading day.

Don't worried stay with your long entry, it will go back to 32.58 base on my magical line status but my long entry looking to get 33.15 - 33.27. Good luck guys

Yay! Fingers crossed, hope to see that scenario as well. I will hold with longs add more if 32.50 happen.

Good luck too!

PS: i was talikng about #BRENT prices so it would be around 30.50 on WTI.

PS2: Maybe that scenario will be in play

Huh, we had quite a "swing" today... This kind of moves convinces me to re-thing the daily trading vs holding one big long... but we will see, specially next week, I believe. Still looking for UP, but have to decide between holding positions longer vs daily...
Can you afford to take that chance?

Big pullback to clear out longs. Some big moves may be coming next week also wouldn’t be surprised if we returned to yesterday’s high today

Still have longs in brent holding.

Just put a couple long position on WTI spot.

Doesn't anyone realised the difference between XTI/usd and WTI spot prices?

Look at the charts. XTI/usd and WTI spot trades in tandem.

Now XTI trades at 32.69 while its spot trades at 11.33.

Spot is being steadily bought up. Its climbing on decrease volatility. compared to XTI and Brent futures which are still volatile.

Will keep longs on Brent. If the oils rise great. If we get a decent retracement around 28 for brent, and about 9 for West texas spot, Will buy some more with heavier trades on the spot. It has more potential to rise.

OK, Brent is rising and hopefully this scenario will work out.
If it wants to go up to the GAP i'll be unhappy for holding only small position. Im so unpatient! :|

PS: Seth10 i fully agree with your scneario and i'm more than happy to see it unfolding soon.

You'll feel worse if you had the biggest position on and then price retrace significantly. If it goes straight up you'll still make small profits. You can always add larger positions on subsequent deep retracements including profit made on small positions. You'll make up the lost gains in no time.

The key is that once any significant retracement is still below $50 barrel, simply buy. Crude oil longs are probably the trade of the decade.

WTI only went down by $0.27 today but the trading range of $2.59 in a "V" pattern gave us two excellent trades. I really couldn't ask for more

Very impressive, it seems to rise, even though we have UK and US holiday but also Eid al-Fitr at end of Ramadan and celebration for 1-3days... so for up to the next 2 days... I am very curious how the markets will move without those players in the market... It could go without US but UK is very strong player... in fact, the strongest... So let's see how much markets there is at all, without UK (and US)... I decided to still give it a try... Still betting on UP, even today

Hi Auri

im actually looking for a drop towards the 26.80 handle, lower time frames are suggesting there may be hidden RSI divergence on the play here, unless we break last weeks high then expecting further weakness till mid week.. with that said, got a couple of pending buy orders waiting on price to dip get filled....
Not looking to sell oil for the next couple of weeks or so

Green week to you...

I'm out of the market. Closed longs this morning with small profit and i'm waiting for H&S to realize as predicted, however i'm too afraid to open shorts.
I'd open new longs @32.50 (BRENT)
