There is no spot market you can trade for WTI in the US - if you want to trade WTI, or any crude oil in the US you have to do it via futures or etf's - see the description of the CL contract on the CME website, link posted above. Outside the US, apparently, you can trade OIL on forex broker platforms, not something I know anything...Ignored
