Can you afford to take that chance?

DislikedSince gapping up on September 16th on the Iran drone strikes on Saudi Arabia it might be a little over sold. It's dropped over $10 since. It looks as though we hit a bottom around Oct 3rd. I've been buying on dips. I think it's the play until we get closer to the $55, maybe $56 level. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} I don't know ET, we might get a little countertrend move but crude looks awfully bearish medium term.Ignored
I agree with you that crude is headed lower on weaker demand. There's a clear global slowdown in manufacturing, along with major countries specifically China and Germany. Mexico, Russia, and other non-OPEC countries aren't willing to cut and US shale will cap crude prices if supply is ever cut to a point where it comes to that.
I'm open to your thoughts EF5 (as well as anybody else) because you consistently bring quality feedback or ideas that help not only me but plenty of others in their trading.

Disliked{quote} WTI is still bullish for now I think. Like others I think it will continue upside however not totally convinced it's a trend change yet. Upside targets weekly pivot around 53.70 and 54.48, I think these would confirm the trend, longer term volume looks a bit iffy for now tho Falling below Friday pivot would change the view My 2p Good luckIgnored
