We are going to stay slightly bullish because of middle east crisis.

But we can short news highs and short target long term is around 98.00 to me. Look at your daily and weekly chart.

Hi, I'd be really interested to know your thoughts on trading Brent/WTI correlations. Have you tried it? Had any success with it. I've been hearing a lot about it recently and wondering whether to try it myself?

Crude light is definitely more available. It is seen as a futures with some brokers which expire each month.
Vantage fx offers CL differently, with no monthly contracts anyone know how this is?

Good thing about this product is the spread is low and the movement is massive in comparison to the fx average

Anyone still trading oil? I still don't really know why many people don't trade oil as it is likely to be predictable at this stage of time in my opinion.

Although i don't trade oil, but i found this pattern is quit interesting between oil and gold.

I am not sure how the prices would play out in 2015, but one thing for sure is that Russia lost it big time given the face Russia had made massive purchase on gold in November (currently ranked 6 on gold holding) and ranked No.1 on oil exporting in the world.

Jeebus, only four pages for the most heavily traded commodity in the world! But I guess this place is primarily about Forex after all, so, I suppose the lack of interest shouldn't come as a shock.

For those few who do seem to be interested in crude, an inside bar formed on the weekly chart, so next week is most likely setting up a breakout, which could be substantial.

OIL on the bottom line test in 2008?

2008 Oil has a spectacular shot fell from the top down bottom (147.xx - 32.xx) within 05 months from May 6/2008 - 11/2008. Is that the decline of Oil ended or will not test the bottom in 2008?
Bluetrinh entirely predictable that may occur.

I am testing out hedging OIL WTI with OIL BRENT
Either BUY WTI AND SELL BRENT OR SELL WTI AND BUY BRENT

Either way it will make profit but which one? Any indicators that can help on this? Currently I have a BUY on WTI and SHORT on BRENT and winning
wonder if there is any logic behind this?

Hello fellow WTI traders. Can anyone of you advise a good charting package that can plot tick-charts for WTI Spot trading? I want to try to scalp WTI Spot price like I do on forex so I need tick charts for timing my entries/exits and not the traditional intraday timeframes. Thanking you in advance!
