I have 2 different ADR indicators for MT4

One is simple, ADR Average (you set), Todays ADR, Todays ADR % Giving you 3 Numbers to look at.

The second ADR indicator has a lot more settings available, which you can set to your liking, but you could reduce it to the same info as above.
