Dear All,
I am looking to buy a new mobile, I was wondering what platform is compatible with MT4 mobile?

I am considering :

3. Iphone ??

Not sure which is compatible with MT4 mobile platform.
any feedback on the above is highly appreciated

I use the tytn II and love it, I use an alert system on my home machine which is on 24/5 to send the alerts as emails to the phone and can start both up while on the go easily.

I have a Sprint Mogul PPC-6800, (HTC Titan 100)
Not the newest on the block but it works fine.
I would look for a phone that has a long battery life, is fairly easy to navigate and won't break every time I look at it.
My phone will use up the battery fast if I spend much time on the internet or use the GPS a lot.

iPhones & Blackberry's don't support MT4 mobile that I know of. It has to be a windows 6.x platform .

here is one place to do some reading.

You need the biggest screen possible. I use a Nokia phone as a modem (bluetooth) with a pocket pc.

Any windows 2003 onwards smartphone will run MT4 mobile.

the touch is older than the touch diamont so it's cheaper.

i use the HTC touch and it works great if you sometimes want to check your trades and adjust a stop. if you want to keep MT4 open for a long time your battery will be empty fast.

i don't know how this battery issue is with other phones.
even with my eyes open i cannot see everything

I use a HTC TYTN2 as well.

The phone works great with MT4 but as J-Pax said, the battery drains fast when connected - the only drawback really.

I suppose you could invest in more batteries or larger capacity ones.

I had a htc touch before it decided to go swimming in a margarita. Not a bad phone. Now I have the samsung omnia and find it to be faster than the htc.
whatever you get make sure it has windows 6. I phones suck unless your a teenager addicted to MTV.
