A question can be assigned or plot a tpo chart excel
Ignored
Assuming this is MT4, then there are two ways of achieving an export to Excel that I'm aware of:

1. The indicator that is generating the TPO data could be modified to also output the data that you require to a CSV or TSV file, which could then be imported manually by Excel. You would need to supply the MQ4 file to the programmer so that he could modify it for you, and also explain exactly what data you require to be exported, and in what format.

2. If the TPO data that is being displayed are text objects, then a separate indicator could read the data values in those objects and output them to a CSV or TSV file, which could then be imported manually by Excel. Again, you would need to explain exactly what data you require to be exported, and in what format.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's possible to export MT4 data directly to Excel. Some kind of API or DLL would be needed.

If the chart that you're showing is MT5, then I don't know the answer to your question, as I've never used MT5.

I'm no longer doing coding requests for people. If you require help with MT4 programming, the 'MT4 programming' section here might be helpful to you.
I have left FF. Please don't expect replies to your posts.

MT5 is a failed project. It's obvious.

I still do not understand WHY Metaquotes continues to push MT5?
They've wasted over 8-9 years with this platform. And for what? 10% market share?

Possible reasons:

a) They are desperate and they refuse to cut their losses.
b) They have some hidden agenda.
c) They have internal problems with human resources or management.
d) The spectacular success of MT4 made them too fat, slow and stupid.
.......
I honestly don't know. But it's really sad when a company starts to ignore the opinions and the votes of their user base.

All they had to do is to continue to upgrade MT4.
Keep the front-end, preserve all functionality, preserve the language, and on top of this continue to add improvements and additional functions and features based on user demand. It is so simple! No drama at all. The traders are happy. The brokers are happy. Everyone is OK.

Change and upgrade the back-end in any way to make the platform compliant with regulations, brokers demands and exchanges. As long as the upgrades do not affect the end users - everything is fine.

And, DO NOT try to fix what is not broken!
Most of the changes in mql5 are simply stupid and do not make the language better. (In fact they make it more inefficient and more complicated)
It's like they made 90% of the changes only for the sake of change. (Or just to make the old code incompatible).

I think the main reason they push mt5 is more for the server back end. But brokers are reluctant to make the jump mainly because of users. Buddy of mine was the head developer at IBFX before they were bought by tradestation and they had to do a lot of custom dev for the back end short comings to run the biz.

I don't mind the mt4 now. I hated it when it first came out. Then again, I hated MT3, as well. Yes, I've been around that long.

can you explain why its wasted time?
in your opinion maybe, but you ever try to close 50 open orders at the same time and see the difference in time?
did you ever check the server architecture?

why you use a computer? its wasted time? a paper and a pen will still enogth?
