GJ is a solid FRD. Fits all the criteria - HOW, BO above PDH, I think the Asia high could be considered a PFH.

The word -analysis. I look for spots where a "cleaner" (relative) move that may give the bonus 50p. A lot of my trades are based on time windows where I have observed price action that I like.

Follow up ... I believe he was referencing the GU. It has a similar pattern not as pronounced.
