OPEC: 2025 global growth forecast unchanged at 3.1%
The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) revealed on Wednesday that its global economic growth estimates for 2025 and 2026 were unchanged from the previous month's forecast and stood at 3.1% and 3.2% respectively. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth in the United States is expected to be 2.4% in 2025 and 2.3% in 2026 with both these figures unchanged from February's report. At the same time, it was estimated that the Eurozone's GDP will stand at 0.9% this year and 1.1% in the next, unchanged from last month.
