All this hawkish talk will get traders trapped.
Another month is starting soon. Maybe they want a stronger dollar into the next month.

This is Hawkish FOR SURE! BUT the overall masses still will lean more towards any and everything that supports another 50bps cut next meeting. So a positive dollar has minimal effect whereas poor/bad news for USD will have the most impact
FED Powel hawkish and well expectation. He is always positive for US economy either bad data or good data. He is hawkish but what is the reality of the US economy? What is the behind the scenes? We know everybody? We saw the previous data and we will see the upcoming data. Do we have good things to form hawkish mode except powel's expectation which is common and general speech in every conference? Why do not we think, we are in bull trap? Today happy but tomorrow and next..... Do USD can hold bull? What is the power of USD now to hold bull? FED is always data-dependent. Two rate cut in this year total 50 bps each 25 bps. How can he tell today if he is data-dependent? If it deserves to cut each 50 bps, what will he do then as FED data dependant?

    I have some brief comments on the economy and monetary policy and look forward to our discussion. Our economy is strong overall and has made significant progress over the past two years toward achieving our dual-mandate goals of maximum employment and stable prices. Labor market conditions are solid, having cooled from their previously overheated state. Inflation has eased, and my Federal Open Market Committee colleagues and I have greater confidence that it is on a sustainable path to 2 percent. At our meeting earlier this month, we reduced the level of policy restraint by lowering the target range of the federal funds rate by 1/2 percentage point. That decision reflects our growing confidence that, with an appropriate recalibration of our policy stance, strength in the labor market can be maintained in an environment of moderate economic growth and inflation moving sustainably down to our objective. Recent Economic Data The labor market Many indicators show the labor market is solid. To mention just a few, the unemployment rate is well within the range of estimates of its natural rate. Layoffs are low. The labor force participation rate of individuals aged 25 to 54 (so-called prime age) is near its historic high, and the prime-age women's participation rate has continued to reach new all-time highs.
