Putin will not use nukes nor he will be able make use of the reservists he sends to Ukraine. As for the nukes, he will not be allowed to use them. As for the reservists, most of them will sadly lose their lives in Ukraine. So one should ask the question why is he threatening to use nukes and why he issued this stupid mobilization order. The answer is: All this is a desperate move by Putin hoping to gain a stronger position in the rhetorical field and hence a stronger position during possible negotiations. He is hoping also that his actions will stress Ukraine much enough to push them to the negotiation table.

Ukraine on the other hand does not look very impressed nor intimidated by Putin’s actions. They will stand to the last man because they defend their own country. Russia will lose because most of them do not understand why they have to fight and they simply do not want to die for making Putin’s illusional dreams come true. Putin’s actions simply do not belong to the times we live in. He is a dead body. He is a dead man walking.

Nukes? Where are they going? Over a NATO country or in your backyard??? Is Ukraine next to Ruzzia? Who targets with nukes in his backyard????
Notice how Russia only talks about using nukes in defense as in they will use any and all possible means to defend themselves.

You are mixing up concepts, my note was about nukes. Russia is trying to put forward a solution to end the shelling of civilians by Ukrainian military, taking territories under their 'protection' so that they can retaliate against Ukrainian shelling. The other option would be to talk about a peaceful resolution but Ukraine and the US are not interested in talking about peace.

He does not want to see:
1. That Putin and Lavrov lie about anything they say.
2. All the completely destroyed Ukrainian cities and tens of thousands killed Ukrainian citizens because of non-stop heavy artillery shelling by the Russian military.
3. That the territories the Russians "took under their protection" was done exactly by heavy bombarding and rocket artillery by the Russian invaders under which thousands of civilians died.
4. That the invader is Russia and Ukrainians just defend their land.
5. He doesn't want to see/hear/know how many crazy Russian fascist politicians are openly encouraging the Russian military tops to nuclear-bomb U.K. and make them look like an ash-desert.

Having played as a professionell poker player for almost 10 yrs i believe this will come to a showdown because Putin is deeply offended and will never fold, also with mediocre hands. But i would never fold against an all-in with my hands...against this players is where i made most of my money ,-)

Just out of curiousity, Russia entered this conflict with 150,000 troops. Ukraine entered this conflict with 248,000 troops and has gone through two rounds of conscription where they first added 25 to 50 yr olds then 15 to 60 yr olds. Russia is just now adding 300,000 troops because they claim to have found NATO troops wearing Ukrainian uniforms in the latest casualties (apparently tattoos gave them away). Not sure how Putin has the mediocre hand. Not my news, the news that has been shared with all of us.

It's not about troops. I really believe that Putin is not bluffing anymore and ready to go All-in with tactical nukes after the referendum - i still would never fold.

Why would Putin deploy nukes into Ukraine if it wasn't absolutely necessary to defend Russia? The prevailing winds would blow the fallout from west to east, right in to Russia. Putin is many things but not stupid!

Defend from what? Who the hell threatened Russia and with what? No one ever threatened the existence, the sovereignty and the integrity of the Russian land and the Russian nation. No one ever did that. Just show me facts with a proof and a source confirming that someone like NATO or a western country ever threatened Russia militarily.
The only one warning from Jake Sullivan warning Russia of catastrophic consequences came after Putin began threatening the west that he will not hesitate to use nukes if Russian land and Russian people are in danger. There is only one problem with his statement - The occupied territory in Ukraine is not Russian land and the People living there are not Russian people.

No is not. if NATO wanted to attack Russia, NATO does not need to expand. NATO is more than enough strong to handle Russia if NATO wants to do that. The expansion is on the premises of the countries who want to become NATO members and NATO never recruited nor pushed anyone to become a member. As you can see NATO did not push or recruiters Finland and Sweden. The Putin’s actions caused more countries to become NATO members only because they feel more than ever threatened by Russia’s behavior. The NATO expansion is a result of the Russian aggression.

Irony is the glory of slaves...
The world must be concerned and support the Ukrainian people for the cruelty of Russia/Putin ... Russia will be a small nation in the international world as long as it is led by a cruel, stupid and crazy leader like Putin ... Ukraine is a great nation, a formidable warrior ... but in the war against the Russian invaders, Ukraine is not ready military arsenal because Ukraine actually wants peace, democracy and developing the country's economy ... but now all those dreams are disappearing because there is a devil country like Russia who likes to colonize other countries

You must be living on another planet or in another "reality". Or you are playing virtual games based on wishful thinking. Don't believe the fake news you get presented every day by the one and only allowed for you newscaster.
Take off the VR helmet and open your eyes. Russia is done and ruined for many decades to come. Russia has left no educated and intelligent people to drive the technological progress of the country. The economy is shrinking by the day and the army gets destroyed as we chat.
You can trace back all my "the war" related posts and see that every word I said about this war from day one has become a fact.
Mark my words (as I said many times) Russia will never win this war and by the summer 2023 Russia will be defeated by Ukraine and will be destroyed from inside.
